Existing users, 
It is not showin up for me under Software Update. I did a custom install and only installed iMovie and iPhoto from iLife '05.
Are others not seeing it in Software Update?

VT do not add items on their own. You have to submit an update to VT in order for them to list it. Apple submitted this update and it is not, as many have noticed, available in Software Update.This is an Apple issue.
