About 4 months ago I lost the ability to "Connect" using Acquisition. I attempted to remove the program and reinstall. I have done this with every version since. Unfortunately two emails sent asking for support from the developer went unanswered. I thought it was perhaps because I was using the program on my iBook and my PMG4 (never at the same time though) so I bought another license since the iBook continues to work. The new license didn't help my PMG4. Now that the FAQ section is removed it's like the developer is telling us "buy my stuff and your on your own".
What kind of relationship is that? I firmly believe that if you pay for software you should be provided with some type of support. That's the fundamental difference between shareware and freeware!!
