I'm not rating this because it has some potentially nice features but does not yet seem to me to be fully developed. Additionally, I was interrupted between the first time I looked at it and by the time I had a chance to go back the demo had expired.
The main issue that I had in my brief encounter with jScriptEditX15 was that it would not open my existing JavaScript files and would not open files that it created and saved. This problem was exhibited with both drag-and-drop on the application icon and by using the File->Open menu item. This might have been a demo limitation but I didn't notice anything to indicate that.
It would also be nice if the application interface was up to Mac standards but in the short time that I played with it the interface did not really get in my way.
Until I see where this application goes I'm not in any hurry to give up BBEdit and pay a shareware fee for using it.
