Used Product For: Over One Year

Used your software much to my satisfaction on my Mac for more than a year.
So I decided to also install it on my Dual Xeon processor HP XW6200 workstation.
I am very disapointed.
1. Found nowhere (easily) that I could obviously have used my current (Mac) subscription on my Win XP workstation as well. Only found this out when I suddenly seemed to have a (almost) 2 year's subscription to Versiontracker now. Feels (sorry) like you stole money from me.
2. While on my Mac all of my installed software shows in the Versiontracker window, on my Win machine only MS-Office 2003 plus Dataviz's 'Documents to go' show up.
Don't know what to do...
Paid unnessary money, the program does not do what I expected. Very disappointing.

System Info:HP XW 6200 dual Xeon 3.2 processor Raid 0 2 x 180 Gb 10.000 rpm discs 6800 Ultra Nvidia graphic card etc. etc. So not like a cheapish Dell machine.. $ 8,000 machine and your software does not work... Pff.. Very disappointed
