I LOVE THIS APP! The new features are heartily welcome. Batch find is now usable (mostly, see below). Action menu in project directory is awesome. PHP Coloring is better than ever! I would be satisfied if this app stayed how it was, but... here are more requests:

Batch Find: Block .HQX and similar files. Search in only front Project Directory.
Quick Insert: Have a symbol or code which can be included so that these can be inserted around selected text.
