I have been exceedingly frustrated. The product works as advertised about 1 out of every 5 times I try to sync, and that is only after I quit my virus software and MouseWorks. If it has crashed at all I have to restart or it will crash every time I try to sync. If you have any other way of accomplishing this at all, use something else. This behavior is unacceptable.

perhaps it's your virus software.
What operating system are you running on your PC? On your handheld?
Amount of RAM, free hard drive space, defrag history of the PC, etc?
Perhaps we can solve this problem without undue (*) pain and suffering.
I tend to believe that there is hope. Keep smiling.
