After wasting countless hours messing with a ton of Jabber clients, I have settled down with Psi 0.9.3. I had used it in the past, but it was too buggy and there were some interface elements that did not make sense. They've come a long way, now. So far, this is the only Jabber client that is intuitive enough for me to easily manage multiple accounts with multiple transports. It is also MUCH more stable than most of the other apps. I wouldn't exactly call it a "Mac" interface, but it makes sense if you are the type who want to get the most out of your Jabber accounts.
