Existing users, 
I have found that many of my clients cannot open Powerpoint files after installing the 10.1.6 upgrade - which was appreciated in that it finally seemed to be a combo upgrade instead of the ridiculous installs previously which required you to do 1.2, 1.3., 1.4 etc... BUT lo and Behold if after installing your Presentations don't open and you are in front of a group and ... well... how often has Microsoft done this...
one asks himself... do i reinstall the OS.? Do i reinstall Office? so hours later the user or tech guy as usual, and i have seen this for years... finds out - it is INDEED a Microsoft problem...
How many keystrokes has Microsoft cost us all?
They are sucking the life out of our economy with Windows and now more and more on the MAC, Please when will quality control become an issue instead of Philanthropy on our backs?
