I bought this product immediately upon its release and kept current with the upgrades. Recently, I purchased the start of the Seinfeld collection and attempted to make back-up copies. WRONG! True, copies were made but WOULD NOT play in our relatively new DVD players throughout the household. I am referring to a minimum of three with different brand names. The copies COULD ONLY be played on the DVD players within our Macs. Why? On the other hand, MacTheRipper and Popcorn from Roxio did the trick easily. So the rhetorical question is why did I spend $100.00 on a software product that does not do what it was purportedly designed to do? In the legal world, we call this the Implied Warranty of Merchantability. Oh yeah, I am a resident of Massachusetts and the seller cannot legally eliminate this Implied Warranty.

Meister Fritz - I think you are what is wrong with the world today. It sounds to me you are one step from getting a lowyer and suing them. It did copy the DVD's you wanted FINE. The fact they couldn't play in one DVD player, but played fine in another does not mean the program is bogus.Reply to This
