Can´t open NeoOfficeJ

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I wanted to use NeoOfficeJ, but I double click on the app, it bounces on the dock...it bounces...it bounces...it stpos bouncing...and then, after a few seconds...puf...the icons in the dock vanishes and crashes! ( ? )

I already made the update patch today, but I have yhe same result.

Can´t open NeoOfficeJ - JKT

Try temporarily removing the NeoOfficeJ1-1 folder from your ~/Library/ folder and then launching. It could be a corrupted preference issue that is preventing you from launching. Also make sure that NOJ is installed in /Applications and not in any sub folder or different folder. HTH
