As a principal in a digital design/print office, OD4Contact has become an invaluable tool to manage time and resources at a glance. My office owns 3 licenses and are very satisfied with the useability of this product. The fact that it integrates but does not eliminate the use of Address Book and Mail apps puts, at a "command-tab" length, most of what I need to operate efficiently, I don't see it as a negative. Gives us the "feel" of switching between windows of the same application, the Mac Os X itself. This is what the Mac platform is about, integration of apps to allow us the freedom to work in whichever way we see fit without constraints and without the "bulkiness" of "be all, do all" suites and their pricing structure (Windoze, anyone?).
I had a small issue which was promptly addressed by technical support and solved through this update. Wonderful company, great product with even greater potential. Yes, there is room for improvement, just as with life itself. = )
