Does anyone--including this developer--know how to make/find an app to import data from Appleworks into the OSX Address Book? arrrggghh!

Import Appleworks-->Address book? - saltedgreens

Possibly export appleworkd into excel? or other Filemaker compatible file and reimport it into Filemaker...
