I can see why an earlier commenter mentioned Super Dice-It -- Jahtzee's interface looks very much like it. However, it has no Triple Yahtzee mode. (Is there ANY OS X Yahtzee clone that does?) I like the click-double click method of choosing where to place scores -- it prevents errors but it is not annoying since it's just an extra click. The program is very plain in appearance, but this is not a bad thing. I think it looks nice and clean, and I like the little lock icons that show which dice are locked.
The only changes I would really like to see are: Triple Yahtzee mode (it's easy to add, I think), the ability to play against the computer, and user-configurable lock keys. I am used to Super Dice-It's lock keys, which were based on the vertical position of each die on the screen. So from the top down, it was Num Lock, 7, 4, 1, and 0 -- vertically right down the side of the numeric keypad, instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on the keypad. The Jahtzee method is slower for me because I have to count the die's position and translate that to the number. This might just be because I am so used to the other method, or maybe it's just a flaw in how my brain works. ;) Anyway, if I could configure those keys, I would be pretty happy with it.
I am also glad to see the programmer is from my alma mater, The Evergreen State College!

Just following up on my own previous comment: I am now sold on the two-clicks to confirm - it is good! I withdraw the UNDO idea.Rifty
