Decoding binaries seems to work differently in version 3.2 than it does now in 3.4. It doesn't make intermediate temp files in the download directory now.
I upgraded from 3.2 a few days ago, and while I've gotten a couple of error messages, all binaries decode fine for me so far. I use Rosetta as my helper app, if that makes a difference. Stuffit Expander is more finicky about decoding 7-bit files. Headers and such.

I get an error message when I tell it to use Rosetta. The binaries seem to work sometimes even though NW gives and error, other times the file seems corrupt for me.Reply to This
