I purchased the entire consultants package over a year ago and this software has paid for itself many times over by rescuing clients data when all other tools failed. Anyone complaining about the software is likely either expecting it to do more than they claim or does not have the rudimentary skills needed to use it. This product is the tool I turn to when all the others have failed and in ten separate cases in the past year it has worked well in eight of them. The remaining two cases were beyond it's abilities and they were both sent to Drive Savers for successful recovery. One was a failed 100 MB Zip disk that cost $500 to recover and the other one was a 40GB Samsung HD that cost $2800 to fully recover. This is independent verification of what they claim by a tech in the field. The program will work in most cases and when it won't the only remaining alternative is vastly more expensive.
