FAXstf is the only software program that i have ever used that i was unable to get to work properly. Tech support is worthless except for the most basic problems. Anything else needs to be escalted and you never hear from them again. Tech support is without a doubt the worst I have ever encountered. I used the program under OS 9 and loved it. Great features but under OS X forget it.

Never Again - podiii

It was quite a while before I would migrate to OS X and one of the reasons was that I was using FaxSTF 3.5.2 and loved it. But, I've found the current version (10.5.2) to be very satisfactory. I did have an issue with a cover page that had a non-standard character in it that caused the program to bomb. Once that was identified, I've been very pleased.
