BTW it didn't solve my problem because this app is for 10.2 only... the internet menu doesn't exist in 10.3.7. So I'm still stuck with my problem.. can't make Camino my default browser.

Default Browser Setting in Safari - wheeles

If you want to make Camino (or any other browser) the default then take a look at Safari's preferences. You'll find the setting you want under the General tab.

Yes, I do agree that this is a totally stupid place for it reside. Apple, it's a global setting, not an application specific one!
