Any attempt to come up with something better than the finder should be welcomed, most have to agree the finder isn't that great, and lacking many features even Windows-Explorer offers, like keyboard controlled copy, paste & cut. I like the ideas behind this app. But it's just not very well implemented. Especially the graphics. Aligning of text and icons is just awful. And you can't set a different icon-size for just icon-view. The app has many bugs, like walking (scrolling) up long lists using the keyboard: goes way slower than walking down. And it does not respond to page up/down and home/end keys. Just to name a few...
3 stars for the attempt! And oh ja: please loose the carbon thing, go cocoa!
