The markup tools have finally been added back into Reader. On the other hand none of the documents I marked up with version 5 can be marked up or modified. I can only see my existing comments. None can be added or changed. I suppose Adobe will force us to have a gazillion dollar Windoze ONLY server someplace to even create PDF that has commenting enabled. F___ them, we will find another method before we do that.
