Transcoding in Pro version broken by 10.3.7 update ?

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: skyo63 Friday, December 17 2004 @ 01:07 PM PST

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

After running the (combo) 10.3.7 update (and taking all possible measurements - DW 3.0.2, Disk Utility, permissions repair, cronjobs, prebinding, cache cleaning - you name it), the "Save" button and the "Allow Transcoding" checkbox are now greyed out when trying to Export a movie file (.mov, .mpg - didn't try other formats). QT Registration still displays the Pro version being installed, along with the registration key. I browsed the QT discussion board at Apple's support site, but found no similar topic posted. Has anybody else run into this ? HELP !!
