Existing users, 
I used the combo updater (always do) and repaired permissions. First reboot took a little longer than usual (expected) and repaired permissions (as usual). Mail launch in about 2 bounces and safari seems a little snappier. Also loaded this on my kids iMacs (G3/400) and they both seem alot better...
