Still problems with Safari for me. Still having to load ebay twice.

I'm getting a bit tired of this now!!

Huh! eBay always loads fast for me and continues to dos o under 10.3.7. What kind of connection are you using? Modem? Maybe your server is delaying or blocking it?

Have you tried disabling IPv6 in the Network Preferences? My retry rate dropped dramatically after I did that a month or two ago.
