The program is partly in english but you can't get to that part without a serial number. all the text up to that point is not in english. So if you don't have a serial number for this product, don't bother to download it. To add insult to injury, the installer presents you with 4 buttons all of which say "do not loc", it has no EULA. This product version number should be .102 instead of 1.0.2. It's far from a final release. I'd add a rating but there is no zero rating available.
