Check your 3rd party apps

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Earlier poster's comment and trashing was most likely related to his/her installation of some third party app that uses iCal/database. I note that MenuCalendarClock caused the installer to respond in such a way. Quitting MCC sorted everything out. Obviously, the 1 star rating by the earlier poster is probably most inappropriate.

Check your 3rd party apps - nickanderson

A useful and in my case at least working suggestion / reminder. Possibly less need for the dig at the end.
