being from the EU i can understand the bad ratings for DL. But from the US point of view these ratings seem unfair. perhaps the developers hould state on their website, that the functionality outside the US is quite limited, because right now i did not find a single note about the problem on their website (or i might missed something).

Seriously, we did post on our website exactly what you said we should have:Q. Do you plan to support importing from international Amazon.com databases?
A. Yes. We are going to be working to gain compatibility with every available international database possible.
This seems clear to me. We're working hard to please international users in the next release, I wish they'd give us a chance before skewering us on this website.
