Due to the way this program is tied to both the OS and Safari, each OS and Security update requires a new version of Saft. The developer apparently used to send email to customers alerting them to a new update and where it was found. He no longer does this and at the very least has neglected to tell many of us of this fact.

To download the update we need the order number of the purchase. I've never before had to keep an order number. Thankfully Esellerate makes it easy to get that information. Finally, the update process isn't automated and the AppleScript he provides doesn't seem to work.

If you expect to buy a product that is conveniently downloaded and installed stay away from Saft.
