I have not had any problems with Endnote before (I love it), but the new version 8 simply doesn't run worth a hoot on my G5 tower. Whenever, I try to open a reference I get a "Service Error: Generic" and the program crashes. The same thing happens when i try running the program on my Powerbook. Something is wrong with the program, so don't upgrade yet!!
