This game is one of the most fun (and funniest) games I've played in a while. Putting the player on the side of the spooks is a great change. It's much more like a sim game, since you place the ghosts, give them orders, and let them go. But it's a fast-action sim game, where you always have to be on top of things, almost like you have to do in a game like WarCraft.

What else can I say, except download the demo and give it a shot!
