I like a lot about Firefox and I'm using it now as my primary browser. I like the extras that other developers are building such as FoxyTunes and FireFTP. But a big thing that I see is missing (maybe I'm just not seeing it?!?) are services in Mac OS X.
Services is something I used all the time in Safari. It's necessary for research on the net, etc.. Most all new apps use them (DEVONthink, etc.). It doesn't seem to work with Firefox. Am I overlooking something?
Otherwise, a nice browser.

I know this doesn't help much right now, but Services or Keychain support could possibly be made in a Firefox plug-in. Unfortunately, Firefox plug-ins on Mac OS X are lacking.Monday, December 13 2004 @ 01:18 PM PST

From what I understand, this isn't going to happen since it isn't a native OS X app. Doesn't support Keychain either. If it did, it would be unbeatable on the Mac.Reply to This
