The first time I opened it up, nothing happened. Nothing at all. I waited a couple minutes expecting some sort of progress indicator, I even tried searching for something, but I was left with a painfully blank screen. So much for that.
I tried it again a little later, and this time it displayed a list of my all my buddies. Okay, here we go. It doesn't seem to be an effective model unless you have very few logs. I have thousands of logfiles with certain friends, and a disclosure triangle is not how I want to see those.
When you search for something and search results are yielded that way, it becomes far nicer to use. Logs are displayed fully styled with search terms highlighted in purple. But you still have to search for the purple on your own.
It REALLY gets the right idea with the delete button, that we users may want to delete certain log files. That needs to be expanded upon a lot. The idea is there, but it feels chunky to use, and definitely needs some refinement.
But this is the best that I've tried so far.
