Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

I got an error similar to mrougeux. My problem was PEBCAK (Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard). I use MiCal and had to quit it before the update would install. Hopefully this helps others with similar problems. After quitting MiCal all went well.

Problem was PEBCAK... - n8080

I had the same problem with MenuCalendarClock and had to quit it. Since these apps feed off iCal data it must tiie some iCal resources up even though iCal isn't open.
