Good, point there by n8080 -- do I really have to copy all my bookmarks by drag-and-drop, meaning that I have to set up new sunfolders in the app first...?!

Also it would be quite nice to have some kind of toggle button to open and close the drawer...instead of having to do that using the menu command...

I guess sooner or later Apple is going to incorporate the drawer into Safari anyway though...

We're already working on version 1.0.2. One of the to-do items for this version was dragging links from Safari and acquiring their actual titles instead of making one up based on the URL; this one is done. Another to-do item is being able to drag folders from Safari's bookmarks view and having them inserted into the Concierge drawer. We haven't finished that yet, but we have a handle on it. Would that feature satisfy your requirements for "importing" bookmarks?

I see you have already implemented the drag-and-drop feature. Thanks!!! One problem is when I dragged all of my bookmarks over they were in reverse order. You probably want to fix that.
Is it possible to read the bookmarks from Safari's database of bookmarks without having to do a drag-and-drop? This way Concierge would be updated real time along with the Safari bookmark folder.

The problem with reversed-order dropped items has been fixed for the next release (numbered 1.0.5 but that could change).

We're considering a number of changes to Concierge to support both Safari's exact bookmark list as well as the history file. The current idea is to convert the drawer into a three-tabbed beast containing 1) What is there now; 2) Safari's bookmarks as found in "Show All Bookmarks"; and 3) Safari's browser history. That's the idea, but nothing is guaranteed.
