Existing users, 
After many many years I have finally found an application that can replace Quicker Picker. This is the best way to launch your applications, it literally takes seconds and is a better solution than searching everywhere or cluttering your dock, highly recommended.
The Good:
-Fast Application Scanning
-Very small footprint
-Fast peformance
-Non obstrusive
The Not so Good:
-No global shortcut key (use KeyBoard Maestro to set it)
