Don't bother downloading this nonsense

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

The worst software ever created. Every clip you try to play requires a component called "cook" which, guess what, "can't be found". This application requires a new category, pointlessware.

Corrupted copy - grobbins

Sounds like a corruption on your hard drive. Try resetting the player from its Help menu, and if that doesn't help, download a fresh copy of RealPlayer 10. Also use Apple's Disk Utility to check your drive.

No, it doesn't sound like a "corrupted copy". This was a newly downloaded copy on a perfectly fine drive. Don't give up your day job for a career in tech. support.

Did you try to reset the player via its Help menu?

Yep (I read the same generic useless support page you’re quoting, btw). Any more bright ideas? No?

This isn't a support board. Try contacting the development team at the address in the player's About window.
