Used Product For: Less than a month

Love the program and registered it, but on OS 9.2.2 I have crashes probably 60% of the time when dismissing the file dialog used to choose custom pictures for puzzles. Crashes whether I choose a picture or hit cancel. Developer is looking in to it, but wondering if anyone else had this problem?
