Do Not Buy Norton Products that offer a rebate. They will rip you off EVERY TIME and there is no way to get a hold of them. They just refuse it and then give you some excuse that you didn't send in the right information. I even scanned all the info before I sent it to them (as they ask for all the originals, receipts, disks, etc) and when they rejected my rebate because I didn't send in the disk, I sent them a color copy (along side my receipt, UBC code, etc, that I had scanned) and they still refused my rebate. No live person to talk to.. just a card in the mail telling me to resubmit but I couldn't because they have all my originals and when I sent them a color scan of what I sent in they still refused me..
THIS COMPANY SUCKS !!! DO YOU HEAR ME NORTON.. I WILL GIVE YOU THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS YOU DESERVE EVERYWHERE I CAN becuase you dirty @#%@%@#$'s ripped me off for a lousy $30.00 for the last time (yes there have been other times, that is why I was so careful, followed the directions to a "T" and color scanned everything (in a group shot) before I sent it to them.. and they STILL RIPPED ME OFF.
YOU SUCK BIGTIME !!!

Norton is a Rip Off !! NOT! - troyboy2

This is suppose to be a review of Norton's Firewall. That is what I was looking for. I know Norton Internet Security and it is really great. System Works keeps my PC perky. I am curious to hear from someone who has used Norton's Firewall; not an individual's personal problem with rebates....
