I've been using Nisus Writer Express (and before that, Nisus Writer Classic) to write every day for years. Although I still miss the NW Classic ability to set my own TWO CHARACTER key commands (as in command-HL for Highlight), the biggest productivity blocker has finally been removed. Version 2.1 allows long documents of several hundred pages to be scrolled through as if they were of a more reasonable length. Thank you! I no longer need to break my longer projects up into chunks, and I look forward to writing my next book as a single document. Searches will be much easier.

No, I won't be able to dump Word, yet. My publisher likes to use revision tracking in editing process of a book. However, during the most difficult part, the creation of text, NWE is making my job easier. Before too long, I expect it to be everything (and more) that NW Classic was.
