Tobias Opfermann, the developer, started working his first job out of high school this summer, before the uDevGames contest began.
He went for 60 days of training, 12 days at work, sometimes double shifts within the same 24 hour period, followed by 3 days off, then back to work.
Prior to entering uDevGames he went away for 14 straight days of work.
What does this young man do at work?
He takes care of the sick and dying elderly, feeding them, changing them, helping them in their final days.
When he returned from his 14 day occupational marathon with the feeble, he set to work on Dead Days, with six days available to him before the uDevgames contest deadline.
I can varify that during his six available days of "vacation" he put in no less than 8 and upward to 16 hours a day of work on this game.
I pulled an all nighter or two preparing models and art for the game as well in the rush to get this game entered.
If you appreciate the work Tobi and I put into this free product, which we do not twist your arm to download then please vote for it at

Look, you developers are both acting like douchebags and you're not going to get anybody to vote for your game by coming in here and posing all this hateful negative garbage.Friday, November 19 2004 @ 12:09 PM PST
