Actually the Read Me says that it requires Mac OS X 10.3.6. It's probably safe to assume that means Mac OS X 10.3.6 or Mac OS X Server 10.3.6. And of course it doesn't do you much good without a fibre channel card, don't know if you need the Apple one or not. But it's not "for OS X Server 10.3.5" at any rate.
