Not only does this screen saver work, but I figured out how to edit the pref file so that my computer's uptime boasted that it had been up for 4,456 days. (I've had my powerbook less than six months).

Don't worry, I eventually grew a conscience and wiped my lie out.

I'm not sure what you guys have done differently to cause it to not work, because this app worked the first time I installed it, and when I formatted and reinstalled my powerbook (Note to self, stop trying to hack the GUI) -- but when I installed ShowOff again - it worked like a charm!

FEATURE WISH:::: -- It'd be nice to be able to type in some custom text to show up intermittently between the boasts - :) I'd type in something like, Have you restarted your PC today?
