It's becoming obvious this listing is not Steinberg's doing...as there are no announcements on their own forum. Look closely here and you'll see the blurb is for Cubase SX 2.0, not 3.0... which hasn't been updated since its release. SX2.0 hasn't been updated since May. Both (that's right, both) have been slated for maintenence releases at the end of the month.

If this listing is the work of some maniacal VT update bot...it needs to be checked and fixed.
