Used Product For: 6-12 months

I've downloaded the update 4 times in the last hour, but non of them have succeeded. Hopefully, one will be posted that will update properly. I have checked to make sure I had v.1.35 and I do.
Great program.....enjoy it greatly.

System Info:Mac. 10.3.6
