Existing users, 
Except that DP 4.5 likes to display a color wheel instead of playing when asked to (has subsided for the moment). Also, Applications window ALWAYS a mess on start-up, re-bbot or user switching.
But contrary to others reports here, my web access is now about 15% FASTER than before and Safari zips along. But so does IE.
No reports on permissions repairs except the normal 3996 (or whatever that code is).
