Installer Crashes on Launch

Running a Quicksilver 2002, the installer crashes immediately after launching. I've downloaded the file three times in case of corruption; same deal.

System Info:Quicksilver 2002, 800mhz 1gb RAM GeForce 4 Ti 4600
