Ok, I just downloaded it to see what it looked like after seeing that 5-star rating. The result? The person who did that rating is either the developer himself or is somebody who never actually looked at the program and has some reason for sucking up to the developer.
The interface on this program is godawful. It's hard to tell what it's doing and it looks like somebody just took REALbasic, downloaded my hotkey example code, and wrapped a listview around the hotkeys without actually putting any thought into it.
Seriously, if you want hotkeys and for some reason you don't want to use Quicksilver's triggers then go with Spark. It's a really nice, well-designed, intuitive hotkey manager and it's free.
