just tried this out. little snitch caught it trying to call home on the first launch. don't know what it was going to send out but i denied it. it crashed. even crashes if the network is disconnected and it can't phone home.

i'm all for copy protection but this kind of app should not require a network connection to be functional. and i'm not for apps calling out without my permission and sending unknown data.
