UI Issue

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

I was interested in trying this out until I saw a screenshot of the UI: http://www.kurand.net/~corun/me.jpg Moving the mouse to the menu, clicking to drop the menu down, then scrolling to the desired Exposé mode is far too cumbersome -- especially when compared to mousing into corners to invoke Exposé (I am aware of the occasional trip up when Exposé is inadvertently invoked using mouse corners). Now, if the UI was simply three, gorgeous Aqua buttons in the menu-bar, one for each mode. Something like menustrip: http://www.macpoweruser.com/menustrip/index.html Nice screenshots, there.

Regardless of all that, the fact that you can invoke Exposé using ANY key, multi-button mouse click or corner reallly dictates that MenuExpose is more in the realm of freeware -- at least as it stands with its kludgy UI.
