well, after many HD problems on my 17" PB, I successfully survived 3 HD replacements without loosing 1 byte thanks to SuperDuper!
and to Dave who went far beyond supporting his product in helping me sorting out all kinds of H/W problems I experienced.

Yes, SuperDuper is awesome and very easy to use and understand, even really really really stupid people can use it, and most don't have to ask for help.
