Still has annoying bug

Feedback Type:  Review

Contributed by: Joe Redifer Wednesday, October 27 2004 @ 10:37 PM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 6-12 months

This version still has that ANNOYING bug where if you click the menu bar (the section at the top of the screen with the "File", "Edit", and "Bookmarks" etc) too quickly or in a manner that Firefox does not like, you will get the pinwheel of death for a few seconds until Firefox figures out just what the heck is going on. After the pinwheel, you get your menu. Very annoying when I try to open my Bookmarks menu and I have to wait for the pinwheel. I am amazed that nobody else has complained of this.

Once this bug is fixed, I will be much happier, as otherwise Firefox is great. And no I don't have the problem of it sending me back to previous pages on its own.

Still has annoying bug - P356

Probably more to do with your setup than a problem with Firefox. DO you have a lot of bookmarks maybe? Maybe the OS is preparing to draw them?
