Argy1, if you'd <ul>read</ul> the 'Generic Documentation.pdf' included with HT, you'd find that you can create a 'Appearances' folder in the 'Haxial TextEdit1630-Mac' folder, then go here: http://www.customize.org/list/haxial and download either of these: 'Mac OS X 10.3.4' or 'Mac OSexy 10.3', put them in the 'Appearances' folder, pick it in the 'Settings' menu item, and have your Aqua theme and eat it too. (They even mention themes in the Product Description here.) It might be easier if they included them both with the archive... (hint)
I do think it would be nice to have the <ul>option</ul> of turning off the menu-in-window-title-bar in the Settings (? should be <ul>Preferences</ul> for us Mac types ?) menu item, but the program is great enough for me to live with it.
Then again, would be nice to turn it (menu-in-window-title-bar) on occasionally in other Mac apps (as part of Mac GUI), much as I hate WinDoze™. :-)
